William P. Millisor

A licensed and practicing Georgia attorney since 1991.

William P. Millisor is a skilled and professional attorney practicing in the areas of civil and domestic litigation. Bill is a former President of the Forsyth County Bar Association, and also provides services as a mediator and guardian ad litem.

Bill resides in the Polo Fields in South Forsyth and he is active as a volunteer in the Forsyth County Schools. He is a speaker at school “Career Days” and sponsors and assists in fund raising projects for the local PTAs. In the Cumming community, the entire Millisor family is active in local Churches. The Millisor family hosted a foreign exchange student who was in the first class to attend West Forsyth High School in the fall of 2007.

Bill’s wife Laura is actively involved in the local American Cancer Society and she is a two time cancer survivor. Their daughter, Ali, is active on the Polo Fields swim team and ASA soccer.

Bill’s son Andrew is a graduate of the University of Georgia at Athens and is engaged in computer sales.


EXPERIENCE
For a decade William P. Millisor has been owner and operator of his general law practice. During this time Bill has focused on civil litigation, as well as mediation and arbitration of domestic and commercial matters. Before hanging his own shingle, Bill served as in house counsel and helped his region's annual revenues grow from approximately thirty million dollars to one hundred and fifty million dollars.

William P. Millisor, P.C. is located in spacious offices on the Courthouse Square in Downtown Cumming, Georgia.

Convenient parking is available within easy walking distance in the City parking lot adjacent to the Tyson Chicken plant.

Mr. Millisor meets with Clients between the hours of 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM Monday- Friday. His current hourly rate is $250.00.
